You have 30 days after delivery to request a return of your CROMIN car model. To start a return, email cromincar21@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Please contact us before sending the product back. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send a return to the address printed on the shipping package without confirmation.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Order changes and cancellations
Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.
